A secretary catches the eye of her amorous boss while her regular boyfriend keeps trying to propose marriage to her.

Opal who knows nothing about her ancestors, falls in love with G. D. Stanley, the strange young man who is her closest neighbor in the Canadian wilderness. One day Opal is informed that she is really the princess of a small country and must return to her native land to marry the neighboring king in order to save her people from invasion. Opal decides to sacrifice the love that she bears for Stanley, but before departing, she spends one hour alone in his cabin. On the eve of her marriage to the dissolute king, it is found that Stanley is really Stanlai, the heir apparent to the throne. When the drunken king attempts to attack Opal in her boudoir, Stanlai kills him, thereby becoming the ruler of his country, and Opal becomes his queen.

Rome, the 1960s. A young couple speed through the city toward the sea in a brand new Fiat 500. Yearning to make love for the first time, they play their favorite song as they undress and overcome their biggest fears.

Jerry McKay (Jacqueline Logan), a spoiled and willful society girl, on the eve of a flighty engagement, decides to accompany her father to inspect some property he owns, managed by a handsome young engineer, James Warren (Robert Frazer). Jerry demonstrates her prowess as a marksman, though Warren has forbidden the use of firearms; and Tom Webb (Henry Sedley), an unscrupulous rancher, accuses Warren of inciting his men against him. Warren's stern rebuking infuriates Jerry, and she bets her friends that she can get him to propose within a week. She succeeds in winning his approval and then falls in love with him, but they are temporarily parted when he learns of the wager. She returns, however, to seek his forgiveness.

Airing on Christmas Day, 1950, this holiday special was the first Disney TV production. It features Edgar Bergen with Charlie McCarthy and Mortimer Snerd at Walt Disney's Christmas party. The show includes clips of movies and animated shorts and the first appearance of the Fire House Five Plus Two jazz band.
